Tiffany Schweigart

Tiffany started dancing at the age of 3 at Encore Dance Academy. At 5 years old she went to train at Jennifer’s Dance Studio. Throughout her ten years with Jennifer’s, Tiffany trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and acrobatics. There she was able to dance in several performances including appearing on the television show, “Al Albert’s Showcase”. When Spotlight Academy opened its doors, Tiffany at 14, saw a great opportunity to branch out and try something new, so she signed up. There she continued her dance training and also learned the lyrical style of dance as well. At Spotlight, she competed in many competitions, winning numerous awards and was able to experience dancing at the Strand Theatre in Lakewood, for “Dance for Diabetes”. Miss Rocki provided Tiffany with confidence and the ability to dance strong. After graduating in 2001, Tiffany taught acrobatics at Spotlight Academy. In 2006, she took a break from dancing, got married and started a family. She attended Stockton College and The Atlantic County Institute of Technology for cosmetology. Tiffany was welcomed back to our Spotlight family in 2012 to teach acrobatics again. Dancing was a huge part of Tiffany’s childhood and adolescence and she is so grateful that she is able to enjoy it in her life today.
